Explosion-Proof Pressure Transmitter
Model: HMPCM302
Product Overview
The HMPCM302 pressure transmitter uses a diffused silicon pressure sensor core as its sensitive element. The built-in processing circuit converts the sensor’s millivolt signal into standard voltage, current, or frequency output signals, allowing direct connection to computers, control instruments, display meters, and other devices, enabling long-distance signal transmission. It features an integrated all-stainless steel construction, with multiple stainless steel welding processes to meet explosion-proof design requirements, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh environments. It is widely used in flammable and explosive applications across industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, hydrology, geology, and marine engineering.

Selection of Damping Device
Applications:
Cavitation, water hammer, and pressure spikes may occur in air or liquid systems where flow velocity changes. Examples include rapid valve closure or pump start/stop. These issues can arise at both the inlet and outlet, even at relatively low operating pressures.
Medium Conditions:
In liquids containing particles, nozzle clogging may occur. Vertically installing the transmitter can minimize the risk of clogging.

Example: HMPCM301-70kGB1C3I6
This indicates the model is HMPCM302, with a measuring range of 0-70kPa, pressure type gauge pressure, power supply 12-36V, output signal 4-20mA, and threaded connection G1/4.
