Pressure Transmitter
Model: HMPCM303
The HMPCM303 is an economical pressure transmitter. Its pressure-sensitive core utilizes a diffused silicon sensor. An internal dedicated integrated circuit converts the sensor’s millivolt signal into a standard current signal, allowing for direct and easy connection to computer interface cards, control instruments, intelligent meters, PLCs, etc. For long-distance transmission, the current output method can be employed.
Featuring a compact size, lightweight, and a fully sealed stainless steel construction, it can operate in corrosive environments. This product offers simple and convenient installation, along with exceptional vibration and shock resistance. It is widely used in fields such as process control, aerospace, automotive, medical equipment, HVAC, and more.

7. Complete installation, operation, and maintenance information is provided in the product manual.
8. Incorrect use may lead to hazards and personal injury.

Damper Selection
Application
Cavitation, water hammer, and pressure peaks may occur in air or liquid systems with fluctuating flow rates. Examples include rapid valve closure or pump startup/shutdown. These issues can arise at both the inlet and outlet, even under relatively low operating pressures.
Media Conditions
In liquids containing particles, nozzle clogging may occur. Installing the transmitter vertically can minimize clogging risk, as fluid flow is limited primarily to the initial startup period, the volume behind the nozzle is fixed, and the nozzle orifice is relatively large (1.2mm).
The effect of media viscosity on response time is minimal. Even at viscosities up to 100 CST, the response time does not exceed 4 ms.

Note: The applied torque depends on various factors such as gasket material, mating material, thread lubrication, and pressure level.

Example: HMPCM303-35kGB1C3J5
This indicates the model is HMPCM303, with a range of 0-35 kPa, a gauge pressure measurement method, a 4-20 mA output signal, a G1/4 threaded connection, and a large Hirschmann electrical connector.
Ordering Tips:
1. Please ensure the compatibility between the measured medium and the wetted parts of the product during model selection.
2. Customization is available for ranges between 1-35 kPa (Note: For ranges ≤ 6 kPa, a non-oil-filled pressure sensor must be selected, and the measured medium must be pure gas).
3. Customization is also available for ranges between 25-100 MPa, especially suitable for applications with extreme pressure surges on-site.
