Introduction:

The HMPSP-series pressure controllers are used for high and low-pressure limit control in refrigeration equipment or air conditioning units within automation systems.

Standard models are suitable for non-corrosive media such as Freon, air, and liquids. Special models suitable for ammonia refrigerant are also available (permitted fluid temperature: -10°C to 100°C).

They come with an international standard mounting bracket, allowing installation in any location.

An SPDT switch ensures reliable contact switching functionality.

For standard models, the pressure bellows are made of phosphor bronze, and the pressure port is manufactured from brass. For models used with ammonia refrigerant, both the bellows and pressure port are made of stainless steel.

Note: When making threaded connections, use two wrenches to avoid damaging the welded joint of the controller. For installation, you can directly mount it onto equipment using the four M4 screws on the back of the controller. Alternatively, a multi-purpose mounting bracket can be used for convenient installation. Please use the screws provided in the accessory bag during installation.

The scale plate uses two units of measurement: “bar” and “psig”. Other units such as “MPa” and “kgf/cm²” can be used according to customer requirements. The interface can be customized per customer needs: for imperial threads, add “E” after the model number; for welded connections, add “C”; for capillary tube connections, add “S”, e.g., HMPSP506E. For ammonia refrigerant models, add “B” after the model number, e.g., HMPSP506B.
